The contact owns 2002 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that both the front driver and passenger side windows would open and close without the key in the ignition. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed that they were unaware of what caused the failure. The dealer then advised the contact that the engine throttle was causing the accelerator pedal to stick and would need to be repaired. The contact stated that the pedal seemed tight but she did not realize there was a failure with the pedal and engine throttle. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available.
