(1) new Toyota Sienna 2005 navigation screen cracked. Screen intermittently inoperable, screen was pressed several times in order open to open dvd entrance . (2) navigation lcd screen is working, but the touch screen is not (cracked) (3)took to a local Toyota dealer , Toyota in general said they would not fix it.
