The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated the steering wheel began to abnormally shake while driving at an unknown speed. She then attempted a turn and the power steering failed. The steering wheel became extremely stiff and difficult to maneuver. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where the rack, pump and steering belt was replaced.
