Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2010 Toyota Sienna

Stopped in left turn lane and hit head on by another vehicle at about 30-35 mph. Air bags did not deploy and seat belt retractor failed resulting in severe injury to sternum and ribs.

The vehicle was destroyed as a result. Four people sustained minor injuries. A police report filed. The manufacturer had not been notified.
