Tl the contact owns a diono car seat, model number: 300000, model: rainier, manufactured date: unknown. The car seat was being utilized in a 2018 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated while driving, she looked back at her 18-month-old daughter and noticed foam in the daughter's mouth. The contact veered to the shoulder of the road, got out and opened the rear passenger door and saw that her daughter had something in her mouth. The contact managed to look in her mouth and saw foam from the car seat in her daughter's mouth. The contact removed the foam from her daughter's mouth. No injuries were sustained. The contact saw where the foam came from and how her daughter ripped the velcro from the car seat and started to pick at the form. There was no recall present on the car seat. The manufacturer was contacted however, no further assistance was provided.
