Two problems related to seat belt have been reported for the 1996 Toyota T100. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Passenger seat belt locked up and would not retract. Person was in vehicle buckled up. Had to cut belt to get the person out.
Passenger's side automatic safety belt locks up constantly.
