One problem related to car throttle sticking has been reported for the 1996 Toyota Tacoma. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Throttle valve sticks shut while decelerating. I adjusted the setscrew about a year ago(another 35,000 miles later) the problem has retured. Since I don't have any major problems I'll continue to adjust it myself. Taking my truck to the dealer only ever causes more problems!.
