Tire Sidewall problem #1

Nearly brand new tire (less than 3000 miles) sidewall exploded on the highway (50 mph). Toyo, the manufacturer has done nothing to address this issue. I've been blown off, and had my judgement questioned. This is a major public safety issue that should be addressed. Tire model is open country r/t (not listed under options).
