Tl the contact owns a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal approaching a stop sign, he had to pump the brake pedal each time to bring the vehicle to a stop. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to Toyota of fayetteville (1352 w showroom dr, fayetteville, ar 72704) where the brake master cylinder was replaced however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer and the contact was informed that the vehicle operated as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
