No recall information was sent to me regarding my vehicle. It states this type of recall was discovered in January. It is now March.
While driving in cruise control on a relatively traffic free road there was an accident far ahead the road and the vehicle automatically started to decelerate I took control, and after I took control all the lights on the control panel light up and the vehicle got jerky. I was able to stop and since there was an accident I turned off the vehicle and restarted it again. It acted normal after that particular incident. I mentioned it to the mechanic when time came for its factory maintenance, but the dealer was not able to explain the situation. I became aware at that time of the recall.
Tl- the contact owns a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The contact had taken the vehicle to turner Toyota 2262 e main st, montrose, CO 81401 for a maintenance check up when he was informed that his vehicle was under NHTSA campaign number: 20v012000 (fuel system, gasoline). The contact called mountain states Toyota 201 w 70th Ave, denver, CO 80221 where he was informed that the parts were not yet available. The contact had not spoken with the manufacturer. A failure had not occurred on the vehicle. The VIN tool confirms parts are not available. Jo.
