Fog Lights Problems of Toyota Tacoma

The contact owns a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that while driving, the driver’s side fog light housing melted. There was an abnormal odor of smoke. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 143,749.

While traveling 30-35 mph consumer was blinded by another vehicle's fog light,and vehicle ran into a telphone head-on , air bags did not deploy at any time. Manufacturer has been notified. Please provide further information.
