Tl the contact owns a 2004 Toyota Tundra. While driving 70 mph, the contact noticed an abnormal tapping noise coming from the engine. The contact turned into a parking lot and the vehicle seized without warning. The contact attempted to turn the vehicle off and back on, but was unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed to healey Hyundai (410 fishkill Ave, beacon, NY 12508, (845) 360-9822) where it was diagnosed that the engine failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered assistance with repairs. The failure mileage was approximately 90,157.
