The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with a jack that would not raise the vehicle to a sufficient height when replacing tires. As a result, the contact would have to use a jack that did not come with the vehicle. An authorized dealer was notified and the contact was informed that the jack was not sufficient for the size of the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the vehicle and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 16,000.
