Vehicle has developed a cam tower leak due to improper sealing of mating surfaces during engine assembly causing oil to leak onto exhaust manifolds causing a potential for engine compartment fire according to servicing dealer. Vehicle has less the 45,000 miles and has had regular service by authorized dealer. Dealer representative states that if problem persists vehicle will not pass state mandated safety inspection. Oil burning can be smelled when exiting the vehicle. Costs to repair are quoted at $3296 plus taxes.
