While using to horn the cover of the airbag split along the seam where the airbag deploys. The vehicle was brought into get scheduled service and Toyota's position is that it is not a warranty issue or safety issue. I placed 3 calls to Toyota customer experience center starting 10/26/2012 (case#[xxx]) with the problem and have not received a response! I am concerned that it may affect the way and if the airbag deploys. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
