The contact owns a 2020 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the "pre-collision system failure” warning light and icon were illuminated. Additionally, the message "see dealer" was displayed. The contact also stated that the rear passenger’s side wheel locked up intermittently. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the residence where the contact disconnected the battery, cleaned the cameras, and allowed the ecu to reset; however, the failure persisted.
