2 Defogger problem of the 2007 Toyota Yaris

The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Yaris. The contact stated that the air conditioner leaked water inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where it was repaired several times. The contact noticed mold and mildew on the carpet on both sides. A mechanic informed the contact that the leak was caused by tissue and napkins in the glove box clogging the drain valve. If the contact left the glove box empty, it did not leak.
