"takata recall" the airbags did not deploy. Vehicle was rear-ended at 30 mph and pushed into car in front. The airbags did not deploy. The driver seat broke and twisted and the headrest dislodge and flew out of the seat. Vehicle was stationary in traffic when rear-ended by car moving 30 mph. This on a city street. The airbags did not deploy. The driver seat did not stay in place. The headrest did not protect the occupants head.
