Throttle Problems of Volkswagen Atlas

The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The contact then stated that he shifted in park then pushed the start/ stop button and the vehicle restarted. The contact then stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lunged and jerked. The contact was able to navigate the vehicle off the road. Additionally, the epc (electronic power control) warning light illuminated, the steering angle sensor warning light, the exhaust warning light, the transmission warning light, and other unknown warning lights was illuminated. The contact stated that while driving on an incline, the vehicle decelerated to approximately 5mph while the accelerator pedal was depressed. Additionally, the contact stated that the infotainment system then failed. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that an appointment was scheduled. The vehicle had not yet been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000.
