The contact owns a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle convertible. The contact stated that the front passenger side seat would no longer side backwards. The contact was concern that the front passenger was too close to the air bag system due to the seat malfunction. Also the rear truck door handle had malfunctioned and the rear trunk door could not be opened from outside the vehicle.
