The consumer states that the headrests are designed too high, obstructing the view out of the rear windshield when backing. Hed rest is 6 inches too high to fit driver's head properly. This causes poor visibility for driver out of rear window. Had contacted manufacturer. Has no plans to convert headrest.

Consumer is not satisfied with the design of the drivers headrest, sits too high and can't be adjusted to accomodate short drivers, creates discomfort. Headrest was completely removed.
