Attorney writes in regards to lemon law on behalf of a client the vehicle was burning oil and it was determined it was necessary to replace the o rings. After a week at the dealership, the vehicle was returned to the consumer. The very next day, the vehicle would not start and it was towed to the dealer. The vehicle was leaking gas.
