1 Automatic Transmission Floor Shift problem of the 2016 Volkswagen Golf

Failure Date: 08/17/2022

I am having the same safety issue that is outlined in this safety recall: https://static. Nhtsa. Gov/odi/tsbs/2022/mc-10206794-0001. Pdf however, Volkswagen says that my VIN number is not included. Pictures: https://imgur. Com/a/tkfal3r I would like my car included in this safety recall. The foil cracked initially from a manufacturing defect and has now cut me to the point of bleeding multiple times.

2 Automatic Transmission Floor Shift problem of the 1997 Volkswagen Golf

Failure Date: 01/25/2004

Transmission will not shift when needed into higher gears, and sometimes falls out of the proper gear and into a lower gear when it's not supposed to, causing engine to rev way too high while on the freeway. Car does not run properly as a result, and I can't really drive it until it's fixed. I tried to have volkswagon fix the known problem, but they refused.
