Tl- the contact owns a 2006 Volkswagen Gti. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the front passenger air bag warning light remained illuminated. The contact also stated that the bulb from the headlights socket detached when the vehicle go over a bump. In addition, the contact stated that the fog lights failed to function. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for a diagnostic test or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 160,000. Aw.

2 Fog Light Switch problem of the 2010 Volkswagen GTI

Failure Date: 08/02/2014

When I start my car I get a warning saying multiple lights (I. E. Headlight,taillight,fog lights) are burnt out. The affected light eventually turns on. The fuse for my lights was blown and scorched and my local dealer said it was a faulty fuse box which is tge same box from the tiguan which has already been recalled.
