Two problems related to cruise control have been reported for the 1998 Volkswagen Jetta. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Transmission slips between second and third gear. This problem was first reported to gossett motor cars on 05/06/98, and has been a recurring problem ever since. Cruise control has functioned properly three times and failed numerous times. Gossett motor cars says there is not a problem. .
Resume button on cruise control failed. Yh.
