1 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 06/02/2011

2006 volkswaon Jetta cooling fan stopped working at just over 50k miles and 2 months out of warranty. Vw of America will not cover this (as it it out of warranty). It seems to be a common problem for many customers.

2 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 07/11/2010

Bought used Volkswagen Jetta turbo. After one year of perfect functioning, the interior lights and air conditioning have totally stopped functioning. Mechanic can't figure it out. Additionally, trunk latch would not latch upon opening trunk.

3 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 06/15/2008

Vehicle air conditioning condensate drain tube is not secured from the factory. Tube will pop loose and fill vehicle carpet with stagnant air conditioning water. Dealer refuses to acknowledge obvious factory defect as no fastener was found to be in the tube fastener tab. Dealer refuses to repair problem.

4 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 06/13/2008

I complained to the vw dealer about my a/c in my Jetta gli. They told me their was nothing wrong twice. Now my ac doesn't work anymore. When I complained my car was still under warranty.
