The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the ecm software was updated. The vehicle was repaired but the failure continued, and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and they stated that the vehicle needed a new battery. The battery was replaced but the failure continued. The manufacturer was contacted, and case was filed. The failure mileage was 13,805.
