While entering freeway loud noise then all indicator lights came on. Vehicle quit running in traffic. Coasted off roadway. Inspected engine and spacer between engine block and oil pan was crated. Engine seized and internal parts cracked block. Engine had new piston rings and valve seals installed at 68000 miles by dealer for oil consumption issues. Oil consumption issue was never resolved.
