Carrier/rack Problems of Volkswagen Tiguan

I was turning and a crack sound came from the steering wheel, turning the car caused the clock spring to break. Airbag light came on, horn doesn't work, no controls on steering wheel work. Known issue but they stopped recalls at 2014 models but should still havr recalls for later years, same issue.

Sunroof spontaneously exploded with a loud bomb-like sound. I was driving on interstate 80 in west sacramento, CA toward downtown. The sunshade was closed and caught the gravel-like pieces of glass. As I pulled off the road, the glass continued to crack into more pieces and collapse into the shade. 75% of the sunroof glass was gone, leaving a large whole in the roof when I stopped, inspected, and called for a tow home.

On the fourth of July weekend I opened used my panoramic sunroof as I have numerous times before. While attempting to close the sunshade I heard a weird noise come from the track and the fabric retracted back into the open position. I once more pushed the close button to close the sunshade and while moving forward the fabric ripped and the coil retracted slightly.

I drive a 2009 vw Tiguan 2. 0 automatic front wheel drive about 63000 miles situation #1: $782. 67 intake manifold (covered under vw warranty extension) DE carb fuel pressure sensor pvc valve pressens separator situation #2: $903. 20 rear main seal filter oil change after car returned: issues with power windows, cd player, and sun roof during inspection for above at shop- car over heated while on a test drive issue # 3: about $1000- haven't yet given go ahead cd player may be from 'playing burned cds. . . See best buy to fix. . . . Sunroof- may be tracking issue- see after market sunroof person to fix. . . Water pump are any of these causing the others? can I hold the mechanics responsible for any of this? is this normal for a car this age/ mileage?? help!!!!.
