Consumer has had to replace 10 or 11 sets of drive axle u-bolts also the front axle is over weight.

Driver states cab is leaning; left rear u-bolts loose; inside tire cupped; vehicle experienced problems with the front springs and cab air ride height, air ride valve leaks, steer axle hub caps leaks; and front end wanders, drag links replaced.

Consumer stated that all u-bolts on front axle broke, causing a loss of drivelines, consumer injured his knees, vehicle was aligned and six months later was off again, front axle is too heavy with a fuel tank and driver.

Consumer stated while driving, the rear u-bolts broke, the driver almost wrecked and knocked a place in the pavement where the axle came down.

Consumer has experienced problems with the u-bolts possibly causing premature steer tire wear and extreme vibration.

Consumer has problems with shearing u-bolts which have been replaced three times. The front end pops and creeks on slow speed turns. The front springs needed replacing. The dash has to be replaced every year due to excessive vibration. The window was broken and there are electrical problems due to bad grounds in the firewall.

Vehicle is experiencing u-bolt problems. Had them replaced 3 times.

The u-bolt(s) has been a problem, one of the axles had broken while driving causing the tires to smoke and the shock to hang down. (Volvo replaced all axles and tires) the wiring harness has been a problem as well, the dash lights the circuit braeker frequently.

Consumer states the u-bolt failed, however is unsure as to if it failed before or as the result of vehicle crash.

The consumer stated that the passenger side rear axle had a u-bolt problems.

Consumer stated that u-bolts snapped off.

Consumer states multiple alignments have been performed on the truck due to vibration, the front and rear u-bolts are inoperative, a broken spring was replaced. The vehicle has also experienced dash wiring harness problems and water leaks from the top of the window.

Consumer states u-bolts broke on front and rear axles, possibly causing premature steer tire wear.
