Two problems related to brake foundation components have been reported for the 1997 Volvo 850. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
In rainy conditions braking system malfunctioned, causing no braking ability at all, and resulting in two crashes. Dealer could not determine the cause of the problem. Please provide further information.
When consumer applied brakes there was a loud sound when she made a left or right turn. Dealership was aware of problem.
