Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 1998 Volvo S70. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was invovled in an accident at 30-35 mph; head on collision. Upon impact, both air bags failed to deploy. Can NHTSA provide additional information .
While driving had no frontal impacts, however, driver's and passenger's airbags deployed, causing an accident and injuries without any warning. The side airbags did not deploy. Please provide further information. Currently being investigated in germany.
