The consumer owns Volvo S80 2004, suddenly the tire became partially separated from the rim on the front passenger side. The consumer lost control of vehicle. The car crashed, then rolled and flipped over into a ditch upside down. The passenger in the rear behind the driver sustained injuries, including head trauma. The consumer called Volvo and requested that an investigator come and check the car. An investigator came, and investigated the vehicle but Volvo would not release any information to the consumer. The car was towed to the gm repair shop. A police report and pictures were taken. The consumer talked to Volvo, and they said that they checked everything and it was okay. They kept saying that they have no liability. The consumer was traveling at 60 mph when the accident occurred.
