Two problems related to turn signal switch have been reported for the 1998 Volvo V70. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Turn signal failed due to corrosion of the contact terminal. Dealer has been notified.
Directional turn signals 4-way module failed , causing loss of turn signals and 4-way flashers. Cause was unknown. Part on back order for 2 weeks indictating a trend of defect. Backordered since 5-31-2000.
