One problem related to hydraulic parking brake has been reported for the 1999 Volvo V70. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1) pulled out of my driveway 2) complete brake failure 3)tbd - car at dealership, but dealership and Volvo USA refuses to acknowledge the brake failure.
