Tl- the contact owns a 2000 Volvo V70. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at a stop, the vehicles rear axle failed as a result of being rear ended in the collision. Similarly, the impact from the rear end collision caused the rear seats to be pushed closer towards the front and passenger side seats. The impact also caused the vehicle to become bent, with a crease in the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle was totaled, the contact was injured, and received immediate medical attention.
