The contact owns a 2022 Volvo Xc60. While driving at various speeds, the contact discovered that the lane assist safety feature failed to recognize the single or double yellow lines. In addition, he also discovered that the lane assist safety feature did not operate while driving under 35 mph. The contact also mentioned that the seat belt audible alert would only chime twice and that the warning light would disappear after 45 seconds. The contact stated that without the constant reminder, a person might forget to use the seat belt. The dealer was notified about the seat belt issue and informed him that customers preferred a limited seat belt reminder. The contact disagreed and stated that the seat belt reminder should remain constant until the seat belt was securely fastened.
