1 Front Seat Belt problem of the 2004 Volvo XC70

Failure Date: 11/30/2003

Front seat belt shoulder harness non-adjustable. I am 5"0 and no matter how I adjust the seat the shoulder harness is across my neck. This can be very dangerous in a accident. My husband is 5"10" and he has the same problem. Complained to dealer and they said just to adjust seat. That is not the solution.
