The contact stated that while driving in the middle lane on the highway, the vehicle and was rear-ended by a vehicle behind and caused the vehicle to crash into a concert divider. The vehicle ending up in the left lane, where it was hit head-on by a bus. The air bag did not deploy. The contact stated that an unknown light illuminated.
