Was driving on wet parkway & started to apply abs brakes slowly, the abs brakes failed to catch & vehicle hydroplaned. It hit an embankment & then spun around. Driver sustained severe injuries & was hospitalized. Air bags deployed upon impact. Vehicle totaled . Only had 500 miles on it.
