Was later informed that it was the water pump that was the cause of the problem and I will need to wait for three days while the service centre procures one. Given the increasing occurrence of water pump failure with the Q5, I feel Audi needs to be more proactive in addressing this issue thereby avoiding inconvenience to its customer base.
