1 Carrier/rack problem of the 2003 BMW 330

Failure Date: 12/22/2020

Hello, I am not writing to file a safety complaint about my vehicle. I am writing to detail my own participation in self-driving car training for both waymo and Tesla. I was placed under fisa surveillance by larry page, neil wiley of the odni, and michael mosman. Part of the surveillance includes invasive tracking technology, such as an experimental chip implant and Smart lenses that are eyewear with cameras embedded in them. One of the goals was to generate data from a human driver at the level of brain activity that could be used to train an a. I. Model for self-driving. Unfortunately this idea did not work. The subsequent adaptation is the main focus of this complaint. The pivot was to train an a. I. Model that could drive not by following signs, lane markings, lights, etc, as people do, but to train a car that would follow cars around it. Those follow cars would be driven by people and would signal the supposed self-driving car with innocuous motions such as swerving slightly, brake lights, arms and trash being thrown out the window, incorrect or left-on turn signals, etc. The other pivot was to investigate remotely controlling cars over a 5g network. In both of these scenarios, it would not be made apparent to consumers that the cars were not actually self-driving, and this would be accomplished with the support of neil wiley of the odni. Note that Tesla & waymo's current self-driving car mechanism use data gleaned from the fisa surveillance data of me. Thank you very much for your time and consideration, and happy holidays. Neal.

2 Carrier/rack problem of the 2020 BMW 330

Failure Date: 09/21/2019

My vehicle was parked in a driveway. Prior to parking, I had followed the manufacturer's instructions on how to have my car memorize the last 100 feet driven in order to use the backup assist feature. When I started my vehicle, I activated the backup assist feature following the manufacturers instructions. My vehicle responded accordingly and the backup assist functioned normally for the first few seconds. The backup assist then disengaged and my car accelerated backwards, went off its track and backed forcefully into a brick wall before I could apply the brakes. Damage to the rear of the car was extensive. I did have the car evaluated by BMW engineers for potential defects in software or sensors, but I was told that the system functioned as intended. My response is that the system is inherently unsafe if it can disengage and accelerate in reverse without driver input. In addition, my vehicle is still in the repair shop awaiting certain parts from germany.

3 Carrier/rack problem of the 2006 BMW 330

Failure Date: 06/19/2016

Upon test driving on city street this vehicle with a friend and my brother we realized it had a hard limp to the front passenger tire. After returning it to the lot the salesman informed us it needed a sway bar replace to leave it a couple days and he would have it repaired. After picking it up driving on the city street I realized not only did it have a leak but there was a noise involved this time. I immediately called the car lot and they instructed me that it was only a mud flap rubbing the tire. After taking it to my personal mechanic he told me that my car had been in a severe accident and the entire under carrier was damaged and it was a miracle it was mobile. Quoted price for parts 280. 00 and labor 2100. 00. When taking it to roadshow BMW they stated there wasn't any recalls. Bottom line is parts fell from under the vehicle while driving on the highway exiting this includes the following: fog light on passenger side, small grill on same side, large bolt (not sure where it goes or where it came from), and another piece of medal. At this point oil began to run out. This car leans to the right now and after owning it for 4. 5 months it was mobile for maybe 3 weeks? OH and I almost forgot to mention the tracker stalls the car upon occasions when driving. I've requested for my title via phone twice, via certified letter and fax. I can provide documents upon request. However, I don't own a scanner but will be available to fax if you give me your fax number. I've paid my car balance off without a title?.

4 Carrier/rack problem of the 2001 BMW 330

Failure Date: 06/08/2013

While entering the freeway I heard a pop from under my car and immediately began to hear a loud metallic scraping sound coming from under my car as if I were dragging something. I immediately pulled off the freeway and found the metal bracket that holds the gas tank on the passenger side had come loose from an area where it had been spot welded to the underside of the car. This effectively caused the gas tank to lower itself a few inches off the ground. I had to have it towed to my home as it was unsafe to drive.
