The contact owns a 2010 BMW 750li. While driving approximately 55 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The failure recurred three times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the engine fuel injector caused the vehicle to stall and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that most of the time the vehicle would restart, but other times it failed to restart and had to be towed to a dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the warranty would cover part of the fuel injection failure, but the other part would not be covered. The approximate failure mileage was 50,917.
