4 Sun/moon Roof Assembly problem of the 2016 BMW X5

Failure Date: 08/15/2022

The contact owns a 2016 BMW X5. The contact stated that the sunroof drain was faulty, causing water to leak into the dash and damage the interior lights and windshield wiper function. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with water damage from the sunroof; however, the dealer informed the contact that water damage was not covered under warranty.
