One problem related to transmission gear indicator has been reported for the 1998 Buick Century. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Started car, put in reverse and vehicle didn't move. Also, when putting into reverse the gear indicator jumped into neutral then reverse. Contacted dealer and repaired the modular, but still having the same problem. Can't duplicate the problem when it was at the dealer. Problem still continues.
