Seats problem #1

Vehicle struck from rear by full-size pickup while stopped at intersection. Estimated impact speed 55mph. Both front driver and front passenger seats collapsed, with the front passenger seat landing on child seat in rear, and front driver seat collapsing completely. Driver and passenger sustained back, neck and shoulder injuries.

Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem #2

The middle and rear seats in the vehicle have head restraints that tilt forward and are not adjustable or removable and make it extremely difficult (impossible) to install carseats or high-back boosters correctly and safely. The seat belts are also very difficult to reach/buckle for a passenger in a booster seat. They are very low in the seat.
