The dashboard lights failed to come on or just go off while the vehicle is in motion. This has happened numerous times. This makes it impossible to see speedometer, etc. After a period of time, they come on. It may happen at any time from the time the car is started to driving speeds.

The instrument cluster failed. It ceased operating. As well, the emergency flashers ceased working. There needs to be carefully designed redundancy for the emergency flashers with rechargeable backup battery.
