Consumer noticed a soft spot located on the vehicle trunk lid. Took vehicle to the dealer. The dealer took consumer to inspect several other vehicles which had the same problem. Dealer informed the consumer that was the normal characteristic of that vehicle. Trunk lid made noise when the consumer touched it. The consumer wants mfg. To check car to be sure it's safe in case of a rear ended crash.
