The contact owns a 2007 Buick Lucerne. While driving 45 mph he rear ended another vehicle and the front air bags did not deploy. There was damage to the front middle part of the bumper. The vehicle was towed. The driver suffered a broken sternum and the passenger sustained bruised ribs and a sprained hand. As of August 8, 2007, the dealer has not repaired the vehicle.
