Consumer told of manufacture service bulletin # 9908-50-013 for the replacement of front seat belts, local dealer replaced passenger belt but is reluctant to replaced driver side belt, the driver side belt is folding and jamming. Yh.
Ea00002, driver's and passenger's seat belts malfunctioned, causing the seat belts to twist, which wont properly protect the occupants in event of a crash. Consumer have taken this problem to the dealer 12 times. Dealer says as long as the belt retracts they will not replace it. . Et.
Dealer states seat belt repair parts unavailable at the factory.

Consumer has had a repeated problem with right side mirror, parallel park assistance mirror, automatically going into "park mode". Thus, he was unable to use mirror to see vehicles/objects/persons. Consumer has contacted manufacturer, and was told that they could not find anything wrong since it did not occur while they were looking at it. The park assist mirror had been repaired and replaced but still does not retrun to normal position. The seat belt malfunctioned and was replaced.
Driver's and passenger's seat belts malfunctioned which may not protect the occupant in event of a crash. Dealer replaced seatbelts 5 times. Please provide further information.
